Hi, I’m Dr. E—founder of Elbert Innovative Solutions. My journey began in the world of public health, where I spent over 15 years working to improve health equity, leadership development, and community wellness. Along the way, I realized something profound: leadership and wellness are deeply intertwined. That realization inspired me to create Elbert Innovative Solutions, a consulting firm that empowers leaders and organizations through holistic, wellness-centered approaches.

The Early Days:
My career began in the public health sector, where I led initiatives to promote health equity and wellness across communities. I had the opportunity to work with leaders from diverse backgrounds, helping them tackle complex challenges while improving the well-being of those they served. However, I noticed a recurring theme—leaders who focused on their personal well-being and holistic development were more effective and resilient.

The Turning Point:
As I navigated my own journey of personal growth, I realized the immense value that wellness brings to leadership. It was clear to me that leadership development needed to extend beyond traditional strategies—it had to include mental, emotional, and physical wellness. This was the spark that ignited Elbert Innovative Solutions.
